As a new program, the Eagles are not wasting any time in making a name for themselves. The varsity team has played 3 games so far with a record of 2 wins and 1 loss. Their first opponent was Johnson University who are the 2020 NCCAA Division II regional champions. It was a challenging and thrilling game that had to be played out to the very last seconds. Trevon White led the team with 18 points 1 assist and 1 steal. Jonkor Unguece, Emanuel Hylton, Jordan Smith, and Victor Saxton also reached double digits on the score sheet. Despite this tough loss, a fire was lit under the Eagles as they went on to win the next 2 games against Westlake Preparatory Academy and TLAP Academy.

The junior varsity team has been playing phenomenal so far with 3 convincing wins and 0 losses. The Eagles played the first game against Keiser University (NAIA) winning 93-70. The second and third game was against Florida Memorial University (NAIA). The Eagles showed how dominant they can be by winning both games by 30+ points.

The Eagles started their inaugural season on fire and are showing no signs of slowing down. The next varsity game is against Potter’s House Preparatory Academy on February 16th. Junior varsity will play Advance Preparatory Academy on February 19th.
